Alternatively if required we are fully skilled and equipped to take a concept, develop and complete the design under CDM regulations through to the production of working fabrication drawings.
 

Electronic drawings can be accepted whether it's an outline design concept or up to full CAD drawings.

Structural Design

We can provide the services of a structural engineer with Professional Indemnity Insurance to produce or prove a design.

Quality

Our in house Quality Assurance policy ensures the systems are in place to meet and exceed our customers' expectations at every stage of the project from concept to completion.

The Qualified Workforce Scheme - All of our site and workshop employees have many years experience in our industry with many having completed traditional apprenticeships and NVQ's.

Our site operatives hold qualifications which include site supervisor, slinging, banksman, powered access platforms, mobile scaffold towers etc. We also have an appointed person for crane operations and a welding inspector. Our full training matrix is available on request.

We have a continuing program of training to maintain and improve skill levels in line with the highest industry standards. Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) - 100% of the workforce are CSCS and CPCS certified.

Production

Located in Hampshire, we have extensive production capacity, which benefits from excellent transport links to the south.
 

A combination of our skilled work force and continual inspection processes guarantees the highest quality end product.

We have many close working relationships with complimentary companies which include machine shops, specialist finishers, timber workshops and glass manufacturers. 

Specialist finishes available include galvanising, wet spraying (at works and onsite), polyester powder coating, nylon coating, stainless steel polishing, anodising, beadblasing, plating, hot zinc spraying. 

Each project is assigned a key project manager whose responsibility is to ensure that the works are completed on time, within the agreed budget and to the highest of standards.

Our project managers strive to maintain the highest levels of communication with the project team, are flexible and able adapt to or accommodate changes or variations in the project.

Finally the project manager will oversee the production of a full operation and maintenance manual for all our works on the project.

 
Warranties

As a standard feature of most contracts, we are used to entering into project warranties, which can cover aspects of the job including materials and workmanship.

Health and Safety

Our Health and Safety Policy puts health and safety of our operatives and others who may be affected by their work at the heart of all our operations.

We retain the services of a health and safety consultancy to advise with the maintenance, monitoring and effective implementation of all aspects of our complete health and safety management system including comprehensive policy documents and procedures for all aspects of our trade.
